To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience, the concierge service operates with a pre-paid fund model designed for transparency and ease. Here’s how it works:
Pre-trip consultancy:
Before your journey begins, I provide a personalized consultation to understand your preferences, priorities, and expectations. This step ensures that your itinerary, dining, shopping, and experiences are perfectly aligned with your needs, allowing every trip detail to be thoughtfully planned and executed for a truly bespoke Shanghai experience.
Booking & Prepayment:
Clients booking at least one day’s service will provide a pre-paid fund based on their expected spending budget.
For example, with a service fee of $400 USD per day, a pre-paid amount of $2,000 USD includes $1,600 USD allocated as your spending fund.
Expense Management:
Your spending fund will be used for booking services and covering all expenses during your trip, such as restaurant bills, chauffeur services, or shopping purchases. We maintain a detailed tally of daily expenses, providing a transparent breakdown of all costs.
Any unused funds will be promptly refunded at the end of your trip. If your spending exceeds the prepaid amount, the difference will be settled at the end of each day with complete transparency.
